Throughout my corporate career, I became known as a solution provider—the person brought in when something wasn’t working, a problem had lingered too long, or the path forward wasn’t clear. 

I have a natural ability to see connections others may overlook, uncover the root of complicated problems, and turn complexity into practical solutions.

That same ability shaped my work managing and reconciling financial activity involving hundreds of millions of dollars—down to the penny. Accuracy was essential. But equally valuable was understanding what the numbers revealed: where something wasn’t working, why it was happening, and what needed to change.

Panton Bookkeeping grew from that mindset.

Accurate books are the foundation. Their greater value comes from understanding what they reveal—so problems can be addressed, future needs anticipated, and today’s decisions kept aligned with the larger goals of the business.
